A wee message from Gerry Donnelly, Chair of the Barbour Hall:

A big thank you to everyone who has come along and supported events at the Barbour Hall this year.

Your presence at and support of events is greatly appreciated. Next year, we intend to broaden what we think is an already exciting programme of events so please keep an eye on our website (www.barbourhall.co.uk) and Facebook page.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to join groups or support events at the Hall. We will contact you all in the new year about how you can get involved. The Barbour Hall is first and foremost a community centre and the more of us who are involved, the better a resource it becomes.

The coming year is a particularly exciting one as we look to begin a programme of modernisation at the hall. Early in the year we will be holding a community event to share with you potential plans for the hall and to get your views on our architects proposals. We hope to see as many of you as possible at that event.

Finally, well done to Caerlaverock Primary School for their sell out (free!) show last night at the hall. The feedback about the evening has been fantastic.
