This Scottish Parliament survey invites everyone to respond on the speed limit for roads in built up areas – if you think it should be reduced from 30mph to 20mph.
Clearly this is wholly relevant to our ongoing ’20 is Plenty in Glencaple’ campaign, so take a moment to let the government know your thoughts, whatever your views! It can be as simple as a 5 second ‘yes, I agree’ or a ‘no, I disagree’ response – or you can answer at length and at your leisure – though there is a deadline of 28th January 2019! You may also remain anonymous if you prefer.

Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee Restricted Roads (20 mph Speed Limit) (Scotland) Bill Survey
A short survey by the Scottish Parliament’s Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee to gather the views of individuals and organisations on the proposals in the Restricted Roads (20 mph Speed Limit) (Scotland) Bill.
Why should I respond?
The Restricted Roads (20 mph Speed Limit) (Scotland) Bill would reduce the default speed limit on most urban and residential streets in Scotland from 30mph to 20mph. This change would impact on many people’s daily travel choices and the Committee wants to hear your views on these proposals.
