Brow Well Bridge – Replacement Structure

Temporary Road Closure There will be two periods of road closures during the re-location of the existing temporary road bridge and the final removal of the temporary bridge at the end of the works. The road closures will be kept to a minimum and anticipated as being no longer than 1 week. A footbridge will be installed during the road closures.

Temporary Traffic Control
The re-location of the temporary bridge is being undertaken to allow the B725 Public Road to be diverted around the site to allow the replacement structure to be constructed. The road will then be open to single-way traffic under the control of temporary traffic signals within a temporary 30mph speed limit.

Temporary Traffic Diversions
During road closures. Signed diversion route via the B725.

Contractor’s Normal Working Hours
The Contractor normal working hours within the site shall be Monday to Friday between 07.00 hours and 19.00 hours and Saturday between 08.00 hours and 13.00 hours, with no working on Sundays or public holidays.
