Caerlaverock Castle: an iconic Scottish fortress, famed for its triangular architecture and tumultuous past. Much-photographed, this incredible defensive giant of the Maxwell family has witnessed a turbulent history, passing back and forth amidst fierce battles, bloodshed and siege.

In partnership with our friends at Creative Caerlaverock, join Mostly Ghostly as they wend their way around this magnificent fortress and surrounding woodland paths, where you’ll discover myths, legends and ghostly tales galore, all woven between a collection of dark, historical accounts. Let us chill your senses, with everything from a jealousy-fuelled murder to a mysterious lady in grey, disembodied voices to a ghostly ‘good samaritan’ who wanders on Caerlaverock Merse…

There’s a choice of 2 tours on the day which you select after pressing the ‘Get Tickets’ button on the Eventbrite link.

Walk 1 is 2pm-3.30pm.

Walk 2 is 4pm-5.30pm.

There are 20 spaces per tour.
