A message from PC Jaclyn Irving:
“Oh this email is so hard to write. I have asked to return to response policing. This means I will be leaving my post in community and you will be getting a new community constable. There are some details being ironed out but as soon as I know who this is I will let you know and get you contact details.
I cannot put into words how much I have loved this role. This really is a special community and it has been an honour getting to cover Caerlaverock and work alongside you all. From water fights at the school, to throwing wet sponges at David Logan (who became my biggest champion for this role) to the lovely Judith Mylne rubbing my arm and telling me ‘you’ll be fine’ before an input, there are some cracking career highlights from my time here.
Whilst I won’t be responsible for the area anymore, I will still be a Police Constable and still be happy to help if I can, even if it’s just to point you in the right direction of who you need to speak to instead.
Thank you for making this role such an enjoyable one and I’ll see you all about as ‘just Jac’ now :)
Jac”
Wishing you all the best Jac and take care out there. You’ll be missed out in the community for sue. Oh and never just Jac, you’re Mrs Jaclyn Irving, Wife, Mother, PC and The Candle Lady! x
Our loss is someone else`s gain, I guess. Wishing you all the best in your new role. Always be a a brilliant a neighbour !
