Beautiful photo sent in from Dave Stewart last night – taken just north of Glencaple on the riverside. Dave apologises that ‘the passing space station and shooting stars escaped the photo!’, but we think it is serenely beautiful without embellishment!

Do you know the meaning of ‘lown’? It’s not a term we’d heard before – and asked Dave whereabouts the Lown Water was! If it’s not something you’ve heard of, it is worth a wee google (or scroll down to the bottom of this post – it fits Dave’s pictured scene perfectly!
