So the kids at Kelly’s Kidzcare had fun today in the floods. I know it’s a pain for motorists the bridge being closed but the kids had a blast!

Thanks also to everyone who has been keeping us updated on the road closure (and on the new depth gauge for the flood – under-welly, up-to-welly and over-welly heights!)

And a reminder to motorists to drive very carefully on the roads in these conditions, being aware that whilst you are nice, warm and dry in your vehicle, pedestrians and cyclists are vulnerable to your splashes. And that the waves created by your car worsen potential flooding of nearby property.
