Luckily for us all, Alison Robertson was up with her camera watching the wonderful lunar eclipse in the early hours of this morning! What a fantastic photo! 

Alison asks, “Was anyone else up howling at the moon this morning? … Unfortunately it was too high in the sky to get any scenery (moon setting over Criffel would have been nice)“!

We have been advised that the next lunar eclipse is on the 16th July 2019 – just a partial one mind you, but definitely worth keeping an eye out for if you missed this one. (Like us loonies who slept through the alarm and missed it.)
