Given that the estates representative stated at the CCA meeting on Wednesday night that….. ” no application had yet been submitted, that the estate wished to consult with locals about the proposals and that nothing was set in stone”
I am both surprised and disappointed to find that the application was actually submitted last November and fully validate 3 weeks ago under a very misleading address (which is why we missed it) and is advertised in the press today meaning anyone wishing to object has a mere 2 weeks to do so.
Also wish to note that as the neighbours to the site we did not even receive notice of the application. Nor do we have any idea of the dimensions or number of berths of these units.
So forgive me for being sceptical that the 2 units with associated parking will definitely be final, also as stated by the estate representative at the meeting.
