Caerlaverock/ Glencaple to Dumfries

Due to the road closures on this route between 0930 and 1830 on Thursday 23 June the normal Monday to Friday bus services operated by either Houstons Coaches or DGC Buses from Dumfries (Great King Street) to Caerlaverock will be impacted as follows:

1. 0740 (Houstons) – no impact will run as normal

2. 0819 (DGC Buses) – no impact will run as normal

3. 0930 (Houstons) – cancelled

4. 1300 (Houstons) – cancelled

5. 1455 (DGC Buses) – cancelled

6. 1545 (Houstons) – will run as normal but may be delayed for
5 minutes on route.

7. 1730 (Houstons) will start 15 minutes later (at 1800) and run
via Bankend Road (Mountainhall, D&G College) out to
Bankend then round to Caerlaverock then onto Glencaple
and back into town via Kingholm Quay
