The Barbour Hall committee have set 2 dates for their Clean Up! They are hoping folk will come to help brighten up the hall! They will appreciate any help you can offer – your time, your skills or a loan of any equipment. 

If you can donate or loan brushes, rollers, scrapers, painting sheets, ladders etc that would be fantastic!

Saturday 12th and Saturday 19th October 2019

10am to 5pm

Lunch Provided

Please let them know if you can come for one day or both days, so they have an idea of numbers. If you can only manage an hour, that’s great too, the more the merrier!  (Details below)

We would appreciate any helpers who would like to join us, for as much time as you’re able to give. It’ll be a great chance too to meet and chat with the committee, and give us your thoughts on the hall and ideas for events you’d like to see happening there. A chance to catch up with friends and neighbours too, and for anyone who is new to Glencaple to meet some of the community.

We want the hall to look its best and for us all to get more use from it, so we would really appreciate as many pairs of hands as possible and any amount of time you could give us. The current plan is that the first Saturday (12th Oct) will be for prep and the second (19th Oct) will be for painting etc.

As Mary Poppins said… ‘In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun’!
