*UPDATE* Please note – we have heard from the council and the road closure will be postponed until next week (around 5th Dec ’22). Will update here when we have the info. 

Thanks to Senior Roads Technician, Scott McDonald who has been in touch to keep us updated regarding the planned drainage works on the B725 and the related road closure.

“Unfortunately due to issues with the contractor we had to cancel our planned daytime closure from 14th to the 18th of November”,

The work has been rescheduled for next week
Monday 28th Nov to Friday 2nd Dec.

“We have also made the contractor aware of buses which may need to travel through the closure and these will be accommodated with delays to be expected.”

The road closure is around Kenneth Bank – 1 mile south of Glencaple, diversion via Bankend
