We were sent this message today, along with this photo, from an anonymous litter picker:

Hello there. Inspired by yourselves and others, I grabbed my litter picker this morning and cleaned up the Quay Hill between Glencaple and the War Memorial.

The result: two carrier bags of rubbish.

Who are these inadequates, and who do they think is going to clean up after them? Do they still think mammy and daddy follow them around clearing up their mess? Do they also forget to wash unless reminded?

A fair (and well earned) ‘rant’ indeed. Especially concerning, as we had just picked up all the litter on the 4th November (see this post) – just 2 weeks ago…
