I always remember my Grandma (from Edinburgh) telling me that if she had ‘nothing to do’ one day, she would jump on a bus to see where it took her!
In a similar spirit, we took the 6A bus – just for the ride – a wee while ago, and what a lovely tour of the Caerlaverock area it was! What a difference to being stuck on a city bus in rush hour traffic counting the lamp posts on the way home from work…
