What a fantastic day!

Thank you to everyone involved in organising the open day, making it such a resounding success – and one to remember!

There were several highlights for us – not least the whole friendly, community atmosphere with the support of so many partner organisations – another great turn out; the spectacular HMCG R999

[Coastguard] helicopter fly over, arrival and departure – what a surprise – and a great feat of precision flying; seeing the helicopter at close quarters too was quite awesome; hearing the choir’s voices rise over the event and the boat house extension opening itself… and to top it all, along with other generous donations, the incredible £17, 000 donation to the NIR from the Morrison’s foundation just made the day!

And it didn’t rain!

A few of our favourite pics from the day – including (brand new toy) drone shots and video and audio from the official opening!
