Have you heard about Geocaching?
Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game happening all around us! There are over 2 million active Geocaches and over 6 million Geocachers world wide!
Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (container) hidden at that location. There are many different levels of play.
You need to sign into the geocaching.com website, where you will find all the information you need to get started.
There are lots of geocaches around the Caerlaverock area (see map above) – a great place to start!
