To celebrate the opening of our new exhibition “Out of the Blue – Solway Seafood”, Nic Coombey of Solway Firth Partnership is giving a talk entitled “Fishy Tales”.
He will tell the story of people’s ingenuity from 10,000 years ago to the modern day. Using real objects related to fishing on the Solway, the talk will bring to life ancient ways of catching seafood and the changes that have taken place.
