Barbour Memorial Hall is a community venue in Glencaple, open since 1939. Registered as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) the hall is run by a team of volunteers, working to keep the hall open and maintained for use by the local community.

Please accept this invitation to join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 11th September at 6.30pm. The meeting will take place at Barbour Memorial Hall, Church Street, Glencaple (opposite the school).

The committee will share news about renovation work completed in the past year and plans for the future. This is a great chance to learn more about the hall and find about ways to get involved and help out at events and activities. It’s also a chance to see the recent renovations if you haven’t already.

We’re keen to see a good turnout and to keep interest and support in the hall strong to ensure it can continue to operate as the treasured community venue it is.
