Not only will you learn how to use the two defibrillators in Caerlaverock, you will learn about heart attacks and strokes in more detailed terms helping you to recognise the signs of both.
If you know what to look out for, you have a much greater chance of understanding what to do to prevent the situation getting worse, and get help quickly…

So, come along to the ‘open’ training session that we have organised, so that as many people in the Caerlaverock community – whether you live or work here – are armed with the knowledge of what to do leading up to, and during an emergency situation.
