The P4-7 class have entered a national competition where we have to try and catch footage of animals on a wildlife camera. We thought about where would be best to set up the camera and decided to send it to some pupil’s houses.
We had a vote deciding where we were going to send it to, and thought we would send it to the people that live mostly outside the village in the country.
So far the camera has been at Niamh’s, Jess’s, Rachael’s, Kael’s, Kaelyn and Rhyanna’s and Georgie’s. The camera is now at the National Nature Reserve where we hope we will catch some big game!
By the end of April we hope to have a short video created using video editing skills, which will hopefully be enough to win the competition!
So far we have caught videos and still images of badgers, deer, birds, mice, pheasants and foxes!
