[We went to the NNR/ Mark Williams wild foraging event last summer (as part of the NNR 60th Birthday Celebrations) and it was nothing short of brilliant! We sampled all kinds of natural goodies within a few steps, and a short wander along the walk from Castle Corner brought an amazing array of edibles – a few we knew, but many more we weren’t aware of (and now glad we are!). Mark brought some home-made liqueurs – all local to D&G – and later he cooked up some previously-foraged mushrooms and other gorgeous (smelling and tasting) foraged goodies!

We have booked this one already, if anything like the NNR 60th ‘sampler’, it comes highly recommended.]
