A huge Caerlaverock Congratulations to Caerlaverock Primary School pupil Struan Henderson who has been awarded a special merit award in the National Galleries of Scotland Art Competition!

There were over 8600 entries from schools all over Scotland!
The award ceremony was on Saturday 22nd June 2019 in Edinburgh.

What a fantastic boost and a great achievement for a young artist; it’s not every day and every body that get exhibited in the National Galleries!!

Very well done Struan!
