The Hutton Committee, who are responsible for awarding grants to residents in the Parish, have asked us to mention the type of grants which the Committee can award to those resident in the Parish.

HUTTON COMMITTEE OF THE DUMFRIESSHIRE EDUCATIONAL TRUST

 

There are two categories:-

(1)       For apprentices, which could also include modern apprenticeships, and involves the award of grants to assist with the purchase of tools and equipment.

(2)       For elderly residents the grants involve the payment of quarterly sums.

The Committee are always open to new applications from residents in the Parish who fall within the two categories and if anyone considers that they may be eligible and wish to make enquiries they should contact:
