SUMMARY:Goodbye to the Geese
DESCRIPTION:A weekend of celebrating our wonderful geese before they begin their spring migration.\nThree days of all things geese and Caerlaverock! \nDate: Friday 28th – Sunday 30th March \nFriday 28th March \nJoin us for a day of talks from WWT Caerlaverock staff and local experts everything from work happening on the reserve to natterjack toads. \nSaturday 29th March \nEnjoy a breakfast the the Boathouse\, Glencaple and watch from the picture window how birds spend their morning on the river\, with experts from WWT Caerlaverock. \nAfter hours walk through the wetlands to watch the geese flock overhead to the mudflats where they spend the night. \nSunday 30th March \nTake a 6 mile walk from WWT Caerlaverock up Wardlaw hill and then along the NNR path back to the visitor centre. We will be on the lookout for geese and other wetland residents. \nFull details to be revealed soon – watch this space!
